Special Orders

Creating custom jewelry is our specialty.

Gemstones & Metals

We are happy to work with you to suggest and select gemstone colors and types. We work with recycled sterling silver, 18-karat yellow gold, 18-karat white gold, 950 palladium, and platinum.

Wedding Jewelry

We love working with brides and grooms, and bridal parties, too! Sizing

Rings

If you do not know your ring size, please have a professional size your finger. Most jewelers will do this for you. We are happy to re-size one of our rings for you one time at no charge.

Bracelets

We can size bracelets for you if we know your wrist measurement. If more stones or significantly more metal has to be added, there will be a small sizing fee.

Necklaces

We can shorten necklace lengths, usually at no additional charge. To lengthen a necklace, there may be a small additional fee  based on material cost.

Return Policy

We want you to love your jewelry! If you aren’t completely satisfied with your online purchase, it may be returned for a refund or exchange within seven days of receiving your order. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or higher value. Please email info@moracollection.com for return authorization notification. We do not accept packages without return authorization. Refund credits will be less the initial shipping charges. Special orders and custom pieces may not be returned.

All returned items must be in new, original condition with no signs of wear or damage. For your protection when shipping the item to us, please package it securely in a hard box and mail it using an insured delivery service. Include the return authorization number and your contact information inside the package. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You will be notified by email once your return is complete. We will refund your credit card for the full amount minus initial shipping costs. Please allow three to five business days for the refund to post to your account. Credits for all returns will be made on the purchaser’s account.

Damaged Items

Please notify us immediately if your package arrives damaged. While we take every measure to properly package our shipments, there are rare occasions when damages occur in transit. Please email info@moracollection.com, and we will work with you to resolve this matter.

Repair Policy

We will repair any jewelry purchased through our online or brick-and-mortar store. There may be a small charge for repairs, so please contact us in advance to discuss the piece in question. Email info@moracollection.com for return authorization notification. We do not accept packages without return authorization. Include repair authorization number and your contact information inside the package.
